Made for the ill fated NFA radio, although played live it's more of a showcase of tracks than usual, so there's less mashing things up than normal, as such this might be a good choice for hearing almost complete versions of some unreleased tracks. You're definitely going to be bored of listening to Purity by this point, but hey, I like the track at the time, what can I say! You can hear from some of the new tracks and reworks in this set that I'm starting to move away a bit from the core Machinochrist sound and into something slower and more atmospheric. This would eventually lead to the start of the more techno oriented Ascetic project, which would be my focus for the coming years, especially once I moved to Berlin. The tracks "Hippy Bullshit, "Now It's Dark" and the untitled track don't seem to exist in any other form in my archive, so I think this might be the only form in which these exist. This set has a late period rework of the very early unreleased track "Ancient Ways", I always really liked this tune but never found a home to release it and kept coming up with reworks of it, not sure this is the best of them but at least now it's finally available in some form.
